Mercedes-Benz GL despite of having a perfect off-road qualities wasn’t estimated by a real off-road judges. An accusation is absence of luxury. And there are some judges of a rich interior and perfect appearance. Thus Mercedes company prepared a special Mercedes-Benz GL Grand Edition.

Grand Edition package differs with its new front bumper with diode lights, modernized radiator guard, darkened headlights and original wheel disks. These things give more brutality. Also interior was flossed up. Grand Edition has two-color leather decoration, sport aluminum pedal pads, round ambient lighting (was able only for E and S classes in the past), velour carpets. Designers consider that interior became more rich. Also they thing that passenger have to fill as good inside off-road vehicle as in representative S-Class. A new specification will able for all versions of Mercedes-Benz GL.

Once upon a time M-Class created a background of a new format of multifunctional off-road vehicle. Customers were waiting for the third generation of Mercedes-Benz M-Class. This vehicle is able to reach 1 170 km after only one fuelling! If it is not enough Mercedes company will offer changing 93-liter tank instead of 70-liter one. It will be possible to achieve 1 500 km. ML 350 consumes more fuel (6.8 liters per 100 km), thus fuelling will be more often. In terms of number of kilometres travelled it takes about 1 030 and 1 370 km (with 93-liter tank). Gasoline engine needs about 8.5 liter every 100 km. 78-liter tank will provide with 920 km of travelling, optional 93-liter one will be enough during 1 090 km.

Edo Competition turned their hands to Mercedes McLaren SLR which was called Black Arrow. Body of this car was painted with black matted color with contrast red decorative lines and “722″ numbers. This magical number symbolizes amount of horse powers.

Black Arrow has 21′ wheel disks being made to order. Interior has more details being made of carbon fiber. Also Mercedes SLR 722 can show steering wheel with alcantara, a new entertaining system with GPS navigation and ability to connect iPod and Bluetooth. Edo Competition specialists added a new stainless steel exhaust system and reflashed ECU. These changes gave an increase of a total power from 650hp till 722hp with 890Nm of maximal torque (more modest than Mercedes SLR “Desire” by Fab Design). Mercedes SLR 722 Black Arrow is able to accelerate till 100 km/hr in 3.4 seconds. Also this car needs only 24.5 seconds to rich 300 km/hr. A total speed was limited till 345 km/hr. It is possible to come to different display in order to find an original marketing decision. Thus Mercedes decided to make a special version of SL. This car was called SL550 Night Edition, using another word it is a night version.

What it the main? the main is matted covering and black limited Magno Night paint which was specially elaborated for SL. Besides the prise for 1 liter of this magical paint is about 2 500 dollars. A such model will have about 100 examples. They will be available specially only in American dealer centers. But with 250 000 dollars it will possible to deliver SL550 Night Edition in Europe. AMG Driving Academy made one interesting announcement that all Mercedes fans will be able to drive racing Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 car and learn to steer it. This car will offer to all trainees four programs of teaching. They are practice, warm-up, training and competition.

First stage takes about three hours and is opened for all. After that a driver has to finish first stage successfully in order to continue. Car lease with driver is able for acquaintance with speedway. Warm-up and training stages are more difficult and destined for gradual acquaintance with steering of race car on a speedways. On competition stage all AMG fans will receive a full free hand and ability to compete on a speedway. This stage will take place in 2012. It will consist of individual and command drivings. Competitor will steer leased SLS AMG GT3 or theirs own ones. We can remind that the price for SLS AMG GT3 is about ?334000 without value-added tax.

Mercedes-Benz Zetros 6?6 has everything for VIP travelling. Zetros has navigation system, motorized satellite communication, Wi-Fi, diesel generator and full multimedia system with two 46′ LED displays. Also Zetros has garage for quad bike. Vilner showed its last work. This is Mercedes-Benz ML350. This atelier decided to leave all technical characteristics without any improvements. The third generation of Mercedes SKL will found on a street after some time. After basic cars AMG version will be presented traditionally. Exact date of introduction is unknown. But test versions were caught by photographers. Exterior is really hidden from other eyes. And let’s be happy with it, because the main is technical characteristics.

All external distinctions are the same with cars with AMG logos. A new SLK AMG will have a new front and rear bumpers, sills moldings. Also SKL AMG will have another AMG wheel disks and sport exhaust system. There is do doubts that SLK AMG will have improved brake system. The main question is power unit. It seems that SLK AMG will have 5.5-liter engine with 422hp of total power. Thus SLK is able to accelerate till 100 km/hr in 4.5 seconds. Another engine might be V8 with 6.2 liters. VATH tuners overhauled Mercedes CL AMG in 2009. But at this time they chose some more modest CL500.

At first VATH engineers worked under the hood in order to improve productivity of 5.5-liter V8 engine. As a result tuners received 460hp of total power and 600 Nm of torque due to installation of a new camshaft, sport air filter, stainless steel catalyst, ECU re-flash. Also VATH decreased speed limit from 250 till 290 km/hr. This continued improvement of brake system and suspension readjustment with three modes. From the outside VATH CL500 has a new front and rear spoilers, carbon diffuser, 20′ forged wheel disks. CL500 decorated with black carbon fiber, sport steering wheel, wash leather carpets and a new speedometer. The price for improvement is unknown.

Wimmer RS remembered about non-restyled Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG. Once this bureau tuned this car and received 540hp of power for V8 6.2-liter C-Class. At this time Wimmer RS took non-restyled C63 AMG with AMG Performance package. As a result this car can give 601hp of a total power and 720Nm of torque! Germans got this characteristics due to installation of a new cylinder heads, camshaft, sport air filter and sport catalysts. Also C63 AMG received re-flashed ECU and stainless steel exhaust system.
