
Face-lifted C63 AMG received aggressive front part with aluminum hood, new front bumper, modified radiator guard with one horizontal rib and optics made in a style of SL63 AMG with diode sections, rear bumper with integrated diffuser, changed rear lights and new 18′ light-alloy wheel disks. Interior of a new C63 AMG can be presented with renewed control panel with aluminum and carbon elements, AMG steering wheel and sport leather seats.
As usual this novelty will have atmospheric V8 engine with 6.2 liters, 600Nm of torque and 457hp of a total power. Seven-level automatic gearbox will work in a cooperation with power unit. Mercedes-Benz announces about increase of engine economy in 10% despite of its present rebound. This result was achieved due to using if another steering pump and additional Controlled “Controlled Efficiency” mode for gearbox. C63 AMG is able to accelerate till 100km/hr in 4.5 seconds (4.6 for wagon version). A total speed is about 250km/hr. Also customers can bring AMG Performance Package, which will increase a total power till 480hp (acceleration will be reduced in 0.1 sec). In comparison with previous versions of C-Class AMG this one received readjusted suspension with a new antiroll bars. First models will be in March 2011.

Ive bin askin maself wen its da AMG version of the c-class coupe coming…cos the 350 clc…is underpowerd n does not hav dat spark of AMG badge..pity i cnt affort a mercedes bt i wil not stop admiring…63 AMG V8 masterpieces..ma favourite is the ML….THE BEST OR NOTHING..!!!

never thought I’d say that but yes, suepmre german engineering. altough all of the german made electrics and electronics for any vehicle are crap and fail the second day, nothing beats their engineering precision and skills

Self parking? I thuohgt you got a license to drive the vehicle? Are we really succumbing to the conversation piece gizmos? I like this reviewer, but he definitely dropped the ball on this one. You don’t test drive the pinnacle of automotive achievement without including it’s main attributes. You even explained the reason it doesn’t have one, and yet complained further more. There is not one competitor in this class I would have focused on it’s aura of godly exquisiteness. Thanks anyhow!
