The Mercedes-Benz Company will show conceptual automobile BlueZero E-cell Plus on a Frankfurt Motorshow which is going to be. Production of serial Mercedes electric cars will start next year with limited edition. Conceptual hatchback with five doors Mercedes-Benz BlueZero E-cell Plus built on modernized A-Class platform and prototype’s exterior shows how B-Class model of next generation will look like in 2012.
Concept car will have electric engine with 67 hp from Smart, which uses only for charging during a movement. According to producer a motion reserve of prototype with electric traction is 99 kilometers, but in case of full gas tank motion reserve increases till 596 kilometers. Battery will be charged in half an hour. This model accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 11 seconds and has a top speed of 150 km/h.
