Mercedes-Benz officially confirmed a serial output of CLS Shooting Break. This car was showed first time on Auto China Car Show in 2010. It will be built on a base of second generation of CLS. CLS Shooting Break will see a world in 2012. This model will be collected on a factory in Sindelfingen (German city) with CLS-Class and E-Class.
But Mercedes do not tell about information relating power units of serial CLS Shooting Break. However we can only suppose that this car will receive the same engines which a new CLS has. Likely, CLS will have V8 engine with 5.5 liters of volume and 536hp of total power. An official premiere may take place in 2011.
