“Powered” version of Mercedes-Benz A-Class of next generation which traditionally will be introduced and prepared by AMG atelier. According to rumors A-Class AMG will have turbo 2-liter engine with 320hp of power and system of four-wheel drive. Conceptual version of this car will be introduced in the next year on Shanghai motorshow.
As expected, design of Mercedes-Benz A-Class will be made using a stylistics of F800 Style being introduced in Geneva. AMG version of A-Class will be called A25 AMG. Mercedes plans to prepare a new special module platform which will change a present expensive and heavy arranging with double floor (“sandwich”).
Furthermore a new engine will cooperate with six-level gearbox with two clutches. Also multi-plate clutch with electronic control will be used with AWD. This novelty will compete with tuned Audi RS3, Volkswagen Golf R and BMW 1-Series M Coupe. Read about next generation of A-Class.
